
Private Sessions
Individualized sessions are designed to meet your child's specific needs. Types of programs include:
Full Asana Practice- builds physical and mental strength through emphasis on yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Full Mindfulness Practice- builds self-awareness through lessons that focus on social and emotional learning, character education, self-regulation and coping strategies.
Asana/Mindfulness Practice - a hybrid program consisting of an asana and mindfulness practice in a single session. Includes rigorous, personalized yoga practice and a focus on social/emotional well-being. Discussions, journaling activities, movement, and breathing techniques are also incorporated into these sessions. ​

Family Yoga
This class is designed for the entire family and consists of an asana practice with both individual and partner/group poses. The session features time for families to sit together and develop a plan for yoga practice at home, including: ​
-when they will practice yoga
-where they will practice yoga, and;
-which poses from our class they will practice together at home.
Families also receive a summary with the poses, breath work and guided meditations taught during the session as well as helpful hints/resources to support their personal practice.

Birthday Parties
What's included:
-a fun asana practice of family yoga or kids' yoga. (kids's yoga is limited to a maximum of 20 children);
- a personalized music playlist for the birthday child;
-reading aloud of a book chosen by the birthday child or myself.
Available ​Venues:
-private homes (if spacious enough to conduct a yoga class with mats);
-alternative venues of your choosing (including private room, hall, recreation center or outdoor setting). Please note that any fees for use of an alternate venue are your responsibility.
Equipment:
-I recommend that children bring their own yoga mats, however mats are also available for a rental fee of $5.00 per mat.
